  • Annual Donor Dinner

    This year’s Donor Dinner was a memorable evening celebrating the generosity of our donor community. With curated bites, elegant décor, and a live Bananas Foster dessert show, the event created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It served as a heartfelt expression of gratitude to those who make student success possible.

  • President's Lunch

    The President’s Lunch brought together campus leadership and guests for a beautifully arranged fall-themed gathering. With seasonal décor, polished table settings, and a menu crafted for the occasion, the luncheon created a welcoming atmosphere for connection and conversation.

  • Organization Event

    This organization event featured a beautifully styled display inspired by natural textures and soft botanical elements. Guests enjoyed an elevated assortment of charcuterie, fresh cheeses, and handcrafted bites surrounded by warm lantern lighting and lush floral accents. The design created a welcoming, refined atmosphere perfect for gathering and celebrating.

Meet the Chef

Executive Chef Brent Gorman brings a rare blend of artistry and culinary expertise to St. Mary’s Dining. Raised in Greece by a family of restaurateurs, bakers, and artists, he grew up surrounded by cooking, baking, and creative expression—experiences that shaped his passion for food and craftsmanship from an early age. After honing his skills through competitive carving, formal culinary training, and earning the prestigious Level III ProChef certification—an honor held by only 98 chefs nationwide—he now elevates campus dining with innovative menus, quality ingredients, and unforgettable presentations. His commitment to excellence is felt in every dish, event, and student dining experience.

To place an order, contact our catering office between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm at 210-436-3609 or hall-deanna@aramark.com. Whenever possible, all catering orders should be placed 14 business days prior to your event. While we make every effort to accompany last minute orders, we cannot guarantee your first choice selections can be fulfilled.
